Shipping policy

Shipping in the U.S.

U.S. Shipping Only

XLARGE currently ships within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Orders placed with non-U.S. shipping addresses will not be processed and may be canceled.


Order Processing & Delivery

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. Orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

During high-volume periods such as product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing and delivery times may be extended.


Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 within the continental United States.
For orders under $150, the following flat shipping rates apply:

  • $9: AZ, CA, CO, ID, KS, MT, NE, NM, NV, OK, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA, WY
  • $15: All other U.S. states not listed above
  • $25: HI, AK, and other remote islands

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, cancellations and refunds cannot be accepted for any reason.

If you wish to cancel your order, please wait until the item has been delivered, then contact us to request a return in accordance with our Return Policy. Returns must be completed through the proper return process and are subject to all applicable return conditions.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
XLARGE is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the order, regardless of the original order amount or any free shipping promotions.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, XLARGE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

XLARGE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location.


Forwarding Services

XLARGE is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delivery issues for orders shipped to third-party forwarding or freight services. Any issues arising after delivery to the forwarding address are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or locations outside the United States.
